What is IPL?
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses gentle flashes of broad-spectrum light that pass through the surface of your skin. The light is absorbed by excess pigment and tiny blood vessels, which heat up and break apart — while the skin around them stays untouched.
Over the next one to two weeks, brown spots rise to the surface and flake away, and redness fades as your body clears the treated vessels. At the same time, the gentle heat encourages new collagen for a smoother, brighter look.
We use the Cutera LimeLight, a medical-grade IPL designed for precise, comfortable facial treatments.
