Welcome to our spa! We kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. To ensure a serene atmosphere for all guests, please maintain a quiet environment during your visit as some guests are receiving treatments.
Please note that children accompanying clients cannot be accommodated in treatment rooms due to safety regulations, including the need for special eyewear during certain services. Unfortunately, they also cannot be left unattended in the lobby. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."
We kindly request that patients arrive on time for their appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation if there is insufficient time to complete the procedure. Please note that cancellation fees will apply to clients who are in excess of 10 minutes late.
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to adhere to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our schedule for the benefit of all our clients
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. No fees will be charged for changes made with 48 hours notice.

Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in at the time of first treatment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, cash, and gift certificates. Financing is available through Cherry which has a range of monthly payment plans with some qualifying for 0% APR options.
Our aestheticians accept gratuities, while our medical staff does not.
All treatments, procedures, membership fees, and pre-paid packages are non-refundable. Once you have purchased a treatment or package, it cannot be refunded. Sessions used as part of a package are redeemed at the full cost of the service, not the discounted package price. Packages are also non-transferable and expire one year after the date of purchase. We encourage you to take full advantage of your package benefits within this timeframe.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. However, if you experience a documented adverse reaction to a product, you may return it within 7 days from the date of purchase for in-spa credit. Defective products, such as those with broken pumps, can be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
